Return & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mathis Adventures! We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

❗️Note: We do not accept returns for a change of mind or if you refuse the delivery without valid reason.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your product.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item showing the problem.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted items, or items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • Products that have been used, damaged (not due to our error), or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Late or Missing Returns

If you have returned an item but haven’t heard from us:

  • Please check your email, including your spam folder.

8. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at [email protected].
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
