  • We deliver to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during checkout or via email.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email in such cases.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Deliveries (within your country): 7-14 business days
  • International Deliveries: 14-21 business days

❗️Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.).


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Mathis Adventures only offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
  • You must make payment in full at the time of delivery to receive your order.
